About

Built by an operator, not a software company.

Most software sold to distributors here is built by people who have never carried the cost of a cheque that did not clear or an order lost between two languages. Wasrio was not.

Where it comes from.

Wasrio was not built by a developer who read about distribution in a blog post. It was built on the back of running a distribution book that was drowning in WhatsApp chaos. Before that, fifteen years of running revenue operations across global enterprise sales teams. Wasrio is what I built when I saw how distributors actually run: orders on WhatsApp, invoices done by hand, and collections that never stop.

Part of that career was spent working with the regional Dubai sales and operations offices covering the greater Gulf. That is where the habits this market runs on stopped being theory: long payment terms, business done in two languages in the same conversation, and a VAT regime that does not forgive loose numbering.

Wasrio is WhatsApp order-to-cash automation for distributors. It is live in distribution business today, running orders, invoices, and follow-ups: the orders arrive on WhatsApp, invoices go out with easy-to-action pay-now capabilities, and any follow-up runs on a schedule instead of on somebody remembering.

How we work.

We take your data in whatever shape you have it, set up your system, and get your first orders running within a week.

"One of the biggest values I've received from Wasrio is time. Given me more time to focus on other things in the business. And time is money."

Cathy G. - Cleaning Chemical Distributor, South Africa

You can see it in the detail.

Arabic and VAT are built, not planned

Orders read in Arabic and English, invoices issued in both with your TRN on them, and the numbering built for the e-invoicing rules. This is shipped behaviour, not a roadmap item.

The money is exact

What a customer owes and how a payment is applied is rule-based, never a guess.

Our PDPL position stays under review

We keep reviewing our approach to the UAE data-protection rules as they settle, for your business and for ours, and no UAE agreement is signed before that sign-off is done.

Honest about fit

It tells you when you are not the right fit instead of selling you anyway.
