Wasrio Terms of Service

Wasrio is a product of BTR Consult LLC, Wyoming, United States. By using wasrio.com or the Wasrio service you agree to these terms. Service specifics, pricing, and data-processing terms are set out in your separate order or agreement with us, which prevails if there is any conflict.

  1. Service. Wasrio provides WhatsApp-first back-office automation for distributor businesses, deployed as a single-tenant instance and, where agreed, operated by us as your technology provider.
  2. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, for lawful use of the service and of WhatsApp and Meta in line with their policies, and for obtaining your own customers' consent where required.
  3. Ownership. BTR Consult retains all rights in the Wasrio platform and its intellectual property. Depending on your plan you either own your instance and your data, or you own your data while we operate the instance. In both cases your data is portable and exportable.
  4. Fees. As set out in your order. Messaging charges billed by Meta are payable at Meta's rates.
  5. Availability. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Support terms are per your plan.
  6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  7. Termination. Either party may terminate per the order. On termination we make your data available for export and then delete it, subject to legal retention.
  8. Governing law. Wyoming, United States, unless your order states otherwise for your region.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms, and continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
