Wasrio Data Deletion

Wasrio is a product of BTR Consult LLC (Wyoming, United States). This page explains how to request deletion of your data. This is the data-deletion instructions page referenced in our Meta app configuration.

If you are a business client

You own your Wasrio instance and its data. To delete your data, email privacy@wasrio.com from your registered address, or ask us in your onboarding channel. If you want a copy first, we will export your data to you, then delete your instance data within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep by law (for example tax and e-invoice records).

If you are a customer of one of our clients

Wasrio operates the ordering system on behalf of the distributor you buy from. That distributor controls your data. Please contact that distributor directly, or email privacy@wasrio.com and we will forward your request to the responsible client and assist them in actioning it.

WhatsApp and Meta data

If you authorized Wasrio as your WhatsApp technology provider, you can disconnect us at any time in your WhatsApp Business app (Settings > Account > Business Platform) or in your Meta Business settings. Email privacy@wasrio.com to have any associated access tokens revoked and related data deleted.
