Where it comes from.
Wasrio was not built by a developer who read about distribution in a blog post. It was built on the back of running a distribution book that was drowning in WhatsApp chaos. Before that, fifteen years of running revenue operations across global enterprise sales teams. Wasrio is what I built when I saw how distributors actually run: orders on WhatsApp, invoices done by hand, and collections that never stop.
That real business is a chemicals distributor here in South Africa. Wasrio runs its orders, invoices, and follow-ups: the orders arrive on WhatsApp the way they always did, the invoices go out with a payment reference on them, and the follow-up runs on a schedule instead of on somebody remembering. It is not a pilot built to demonstrate something.
Wasrio is WhatsApp order-to-cash automation for distributors. It is live in distribution business today, running orders, invoices, and follow-ups: the orders arrive on WhatsApp, invoices go out with easy-to-action pay-now capabilities, and any follow-up runs on a schedule instead of on somebody remembering.
